New Jersey Worker & Community Right to Know Compliance
The New Jersey Worker & Community Right to Know Act requires public employers to provide information to their employees about any hazardous substances in their workplace. We keep public entities including schools, municipalities and housing authorities in compliance with these regulations. Our services include:

New Jersey Worker & Community Right to Know Training
PEOSH Hazard Communication Standard training is required for all employees who are exposed to or have the potential for exposure to hazard chemicals while working. Exposed employees are defined as any employee who comes into contact with a hazardous chemical during the course of routine work or in emergency situations. We offer PEOSH Hazard Communication/Right to Know training session both virtually and in-person.
Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Management Plans & Periodic Surveillance Reports
Schools must conduct inspections of all friable, known or assumed, asbestos containing building materials. Each district-owned facility must be included. These inspections are required to be done every six months. We conduct Six Month Periodical Asbestos Surveillances, Three Year Asbestos Management Plans, and provide management assistance in assessing on-going asbestos compliance.
Asbestos Awareness Training
Every member of the school's maintenance and custodial staff who works in a building that has asbestos-containing building materials (ACBM), must receive asbestos awareness training of at least two hours, whether or not they are required to work with ACBM. We offer Asbestos Awareness training sessions both virtually and in-person.
Chemical Hygiene Plans
Chemical Hygiene Plans are required for High School & Middle School Science Laboratories under OSHA Regulation 29 CFR 1910.1450. We create Chemical Hygiene Plans tailored to the needs of each science lab and are chemical specific.
Our family owned business was founded in 1990 to respond to the needs of public schools confused by the recently enacted Right to Know law. Ralph Rullo, a retired Business Administrator, and Jim Gleeson, a former Superintendent of schools, joined forces to untangle the complicated compliance issues for districts in Passaic and Bergen County.
Today we are a third generation family owned company that has expanded to serve the entire state; from North to South and from the Atlantic Ocean to the Delaware River. We keep over 130 housing authorities, public schools, cities and townships in compliance with New Jersey's Right to Know law.
